If you've ever misplaced your bill, had a due date slip your mind, or are tired of sorting through mail, it's time to go PAPERLESS!

Each month, you will receive an email when your bill is ready to view. To make the switch to paperless billing for more peace of mind, please sign up with your account information on our Online Payment Portal. 

To sign up, you must use your full account number (ex: 001234-000) and exact last name on the account. You must also verify your email to sign up for paperless billing.

NEW CUSTOMERS Please Note: Please notify us at least two days prior to desired connection date. If service is requested on a Friday-Sunday, emergency connection charges may apply. We do not assign an account number until date of move in. 

TERMINATING CUSTOMERS Please Note: Customers are responsible for all consumption and billings up to the point of termination notification. Please notify us at least two days prior to desired disconnect date. If disconnect is requested on a Friday-Sunday, emergency charges may apply.

PAY YOUR UTILITY BILL

To make a payment online, please visit https://coburgor.merchanttransact.com

To set up autopay or paperless billing, you must sign up with your full account number (ex: 001234-000) and exact last name on the account. You must also have a $0 balance on your account and verify your email to sign up for paperless billing and/or set up autopay.

You can also call us to make a payment with a card, mail in a check, or drop it in one of our 2 drop boxes located in the Post Office or outside City Hall.
